Ujinga wa hisia za miili yetu umepelekea ku shindwa kutambua thamani ya miili yetu na kutawaliwa na tamaa za ngono. Tamaa za ngono zimepelekea kuyakubali madhara lukuki ya njia za kisasa za uzazi wa mpango (vithibiti mimba) Kutokana na kutokujitambua na kukubali kutawaliwa na hisia za miili yetu. Tumeishi kuitumikia miili yetu kwenye maswala ya ngono badala ya miili yetu kututumikia sisi kwenye maswala ya upendo, ndio maana mataifa ya magharibi (kupitia sera zao za mambo ya nje) yameweza kutupangia hata ustaarabu wa tendo la ndoa na maswala mazima ya uzao. Matumizi ya vithibiti mimba (njia za kisasa za uzazi wa mpango) ni moja wapo tu ya nja zinazotumiwa na mataifa ya magharibi za kuthibiti ongezeko la idadi ya watu duniani na hasa mataifa ya dunia ya tatu. Madhara ya njia hizi ni mengi yanayojulikana ila wamezidi kutusisitiza kutumia.
